• 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 100g pancetta
  • 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 640g frozen garden peas, defrosted

    Heat the oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat and fry the pancetta for 5-6 minutes until crisp.

    Add the garlic and fry for 1 minute. Add the peas and fry for 3 minutes, until hot. Season with freshly ground pepper and serve.
