Ingredients

  • 315g (1 pack) Piri-piri breast sizzlers
  • 259g microwave spicy rice Mexican
  • 4 Sweetcorn coblets
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 80g red cabbage
  • 80 white cabbage
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise

Method

    First off pre-heat the oven to 180.

    Prepare the corn, buy using some foil big enough for 2 of the coblets to be wrapped up, add the corn to the foil, spread over the butter and wrap up and pop in the oven on a tray - cook for around 30 minutes until the corn is tender

    Next cook the chicken to the pack instructions

    While those are cooking, prepare the slaw, start by slicing up the cabbages and grating or finely slicing the carrot

    add all the veg to a bowl with the mayo and season to your taste and mix well.

    Once all is cooked, pop the rice in the microwave for 2 minutes and fluff up with a fork - serve everything together and enjoy!
