• 300g Taste the Difference sweet baby peppers
  • 135g Taste the Difference chorizo style pork sausages, cut into chunks
  • 150g trio of Spanish olives, drained and roughly chopped
  • 35g white farmhouse bread, broken into very small pieces

    Preheat the oven to 200 ºC, 180 ºC, Gas 6.  Cut or break the peppers in half and remove any seeds that are inside

    Place the peppers on a baking tray. Fill the peppers with the sausage pieces, olives and breadcrumbs.

    Bake uncovered for 20 -25 minutes. Remove from the oven and check to see if the peppers are starting to char and soften. Cook for a few more minutes if they are still firm. Serve.
