Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6.
Add the beef mince and chopped mushrooms to a pan, and cook until browned through. Add the Loyd Grossman tomato sauce and allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
Place half the mixture into a rectangular oven-proof dish and cover with a layer of pasta sheets.
Pour half of the white sauce over the pasta and repeat the layers of meat, pasta and white sauce one more time.
Finish by sprinkling the grated Cheddar cheese on top, and bake in the oven for 30 minutes until golden brown on top.
