Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil
  • 250g lean rump steak, thinly sliced
  • 150g broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 carrot, sliced

Method

  1. 1 Marinade the rump steak with 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce and sesame oil, then set aside whilst preparing the vegetables.
  2. 2 Blanch the broccoli florets and sliced carrot for 2 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  3. 3 Stir fry the beef in 1 tablespoon of oil over a medium high heat for 2 minutes.
  4. 4 Add the vegetables, 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce and cook for a further 3 minutes or until cooked before serving with rice or noodles.
