Marinade the rump steak with 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce and sesame oil, then set aside whilst preparing the vegetables.
Blanch the broccoli florets and sliced carrot for 2 minutes, then drain and set aside.
Stir fry the beef in 1 tablespoon of oil over a medium high heat for 2 minutes.
Add the vegetables, 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce and cook for a further 3 minutes or until cooked before serving with rice or noodles.
