Marinade 450g pork shoulder steak or pork ribs with 4 tablespoons of Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce and 1 tablespoon of Premium Oyster Sauce set aside for an hour. For best results leave to marinate overnight in the fridge.
Cook the meat on a medium hot barbecue for 3 minutes on each side, then brush on the honey as desired. Cook for another minute or until it is cooked through before serve.
Cook's tip: For the pork shoulder steak, don't be afraid to choose the fattier version as the fat will keep the meat juicy and tenderer during cooking.
