Pre-heat oven to 190°C, fan 170°C, gas mark 5.
Remove all packaging. Place burgers on a pre-heated baking tray, on the middle shelf of the oven.
Cook for 28-30 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. Check burgers are piping hot before serving.
While the burger cooks, heat 5ml of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Once the oil is hot add the bacon, turning occasionally.
Cook for 5-6 minutes, making sure rashers are piping hot.
Slice the burger bun and add lettuce. When the burger is cooked, sit this on top of the lettuce.
Grate 30g of cheese and sprinkle on top of the burger.
Add a tablespoon of chutney on the cheese and top with bacon.
