  • 250g British lean steak mince
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 pack pizza bases
  • 390g carton chopped tomatoes with basil and oregano
  • ½ x 185g jar pitted black olives, drained
  • ½ red onion, peeled and finely sliced
  • 100g Greek feta, crumbled
  • 120g cherry tomatoes
  • ¼ x 28g pack fresh basil, leaves picked and washed to serve

  1. 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6. Lightly grease 2 baking trays.

  5. 5

Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes until the base is crisp. To serve, scatter the fresh basil leaves over the top and cut each pizza into quarters.
