Mix 4 tablespoons Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce, 1 tablespoon Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce for marinating.
Marinate lamb in the sauce mix for 1 hour to overnight.
Pre-heat oven and cook at 180°C/160°C fan/gas mark 4 for 5 minutes until the meat is slightly browned. Reduced oven to 90°C/70°C fan/gas mark ¼ and cook for 1 hour, or cook until to your liking.
