Ingredients

  • 400g pork, cut into 1 cm cubes
  • 2 tablespoon Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cornflour
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable or groundnut oil
  • 1 red pepper, cut into 1 cm pieces
  • 1 green pepper, cut into 1 cm pieces
  • 2 tablepsoons Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce
  • 20g fried peanuts

Method

    Marinate pork with Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce, corn flour and 2 teaspoons water for 10 minutes.

    Heat the oil in a wok over a medium high heat. Add pork and stir fry for 5 minutes. Add peppers and Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce and stir fry for another 5 minutes or until pork is thoroughly cooked.

    Add peanuts for an added crunch before serving.
