Marinate pork with Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce, corn flour and 2 teaspoons water for 10 minutes.
Heat the oil in a wok over a medium high heat. Add pork and stir fry for 5 minutes. Add peppers and Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce and stir fry for another 5 minutes or until pork is thoroughly cooked.
Add peanuts for an added crunch before serving.
