Mix 2 tablespoons Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce and 1 tablespoon cooking wine for marinating.
Marinate pork for 10 minutes.
Mix 1 tablespoon Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce, 4 tablespoons honey and 2 tablespoons water for seasoning.
Stir-fry pork in 1 tablespoon oil for 3 minutes. Add seasoning mix and green onion for further 5 minutes or until cooked, then serve.
