Ingredients

  • 450g pork fillet, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable or groundnut oil
  • 2 spring onions, cut into 3 cm pieces
  • 2 red chilli, finely sliced or chopped, optional for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce, plus 1 tablespoon for seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon cooking wine
  • 4 tablespoons honey, for seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons water, for seasoning

Method

    Mix 2 tablespoons Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce and 1 tablespoon cooking wine for marinating.

    Marinate pork for 10 minutes.

    Mix 1 tablespoon Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce, 4 tablespoons honey and 2 tablespoons water for seasoning.

    Stir-fry pork in 1 tablespoon oil for 3 minutes. Add seasoning mix and green onion for further 5 minutes or until cooked, then serve.
