Mix all the ingredients together.
Divide into five equal pieces and form into burgers.
Place into the fridge for half an hour to firm up.
Cook on the barbecue or in the frying pan until the juices run clear.
Enjoy on its own or serve in a bun with lettuce, tomatoes, fried onions, mayonnaise and a good squirt of Sweet Chilli Sauce.
