Ingredients

  • 500g minced beef
  • 1 egg
  • 50g Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 30g breadcrumbs
  • Salt, to season
  • Black pepper, to taste

Method

  1. 1 Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. 2 Divide into five equal pieces and form into burgers.
  3. 3 Place into the fridge for half an hour to firm up.
  4. 4 Cook on the barbecue or in the frying pan until the juices run clear.
  5. 5 Enjoy on its own or serve in a bun with lettuce, tomatoes, fried onions, mayonnaise and a good squirt of Sweet Chilli Sauce.
