Ingredients

  • 400g chicken breast
  • 250g mixed salad
  • 60g Parmigiano Reggiano shavings
  • 70g cranberries
  • 70g pine nuts
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  • Salt to taste

Method

    Cut the chicken breast into pieces and grill until fully cooked.

    Prepare the salad adding the pine nuts and cranberries.

  3. 3

    Mix the salad with the chicken breast and season with salt, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle the Parmigiano Reggiano shavings on the top.
