Ingredients

  • 1 Avocado seeded and peeled
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime or lemon juice
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Mixed salad
  • Parmigiano Reggiano Shaved
  • Fresh ground pepper to taste

Method

    Cut avocado in half, remove seed with a spoon and then slice.

    Drizzle with fresh lime or lemon juice and brush lightly with olive oil.

    Grill for 2-3 minutes.

    Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Put the mixed salad and the grilled avocado on a plate and add the Parmesan shavings on top.
