• 150g frozen peas
  • 1 x 50g bag Sainsbury's pea shoots
  • ½ x curly leaf lettuce, washed and ripped into bite-sized pieces
  • 160g Yorkshire ham (2 thick slices), ripped into bite-sized pieces
  • 120g dolcelatte cheese, cut into pieces
  • 100g roasted tomatoes with parmesan, from the deli counter
  • 4 tablespoons Sainsbury's honey & mustard dressing

    Cook the peas in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, until just tender. Cool under cold running water and drain.

    Place the pea shoots, lettuce, ham, cheese, roasted tomatoes (reserve the parmesan) and peas on a large platter. Mix well.

    Drizzle over the dressing, sprinkle on the parmesan and serve at once.
