• 2 x 410g tins Sainsbury's green lentils, drained and rinsed
  • 100g British young leaf spinach, washed
  • 4 British spring onions, washed, trimmed and finely sliced
  • 100g British radishes, washed, trimmed and finely sliced
  • 4 tablespoons be good to yourself honey & mustard dressing
  • 240g pack British roast chicken breast fillets by Sainsbury's, skin removed, thinly sliced

    Put the lentils, spinach, spring onions and radishes into a large bowl. Drizzle over the dressing and toss together to combine.

    Add the sliced chicken breast and gently fold through. Season with black pepper to taste.

    Divide between 4 bowls and serve.
