Ingredients

  • 2 x 600g tubs Sainsbury's fresh green Thai chicken soup
  • ½ Sainsbury's vegetable stock cube, made up to 500ml with hot water
  • 175g pack babycorn and mange tout, halved
  • 240g pack cooked roast chicken fillets
  • 300g pack Sainsbury's fresh rice noodles
  • ½ x 31g pack fresh coriander, roughly chopped

Method

  1. 1 Pour the soup into a large saucepan and bring to a simmer. Add the hot stock to the soup and stir to combine.
  2. 2 Add the vegetables and chicken and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. 3 Add the rice noodles and simmer for a further 5 minutes. Stir through the coriander and serve immediately.
