Ingredients

  • 125g blue cheese
  • 75g Greek-style natural yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp dill, plus extra to garnish

    Place all the ingredients in a food processor with a splash of water and pulse until just mixed together. Place in a serving bowl, garnish with the extra dill and serve with crudités.
