Ingredients

  • 300 g fresh cranberries
  • 100 g pomegranate seeds
  • ½ orange, zested
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 80 g caster sugar
  • 2 tbsp ruby port

Method

    Put all the ingredients in a pan. Bring to the boil, then simmer on a low to medium heat for 10-15 minutes, until the berries have burst and the sauce has thickened.
