Pour the apple juice, Earl Grey tea, lemon juice and ice into a large jug.
Stir together then top with the ginger ale.
Pour into 4 clean jam jars or glasses and deocorate with a twist of lemon peel and a straw.
Cook's tip: For an adult version, you could add vodka or gin. You would only need about 100ml - simply add in Step 1 with the other ingredients.
