Ingredients

  • 120ml plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 160g fresh blueberries
  • 1 banana, peeled and roughly diced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 4 fresh mint leaves
  • 6 ice cubes

Method

  1. 1 Place all ingredients into your blender and blend for 2 minutes until smooth.
  2. 2 Pour into a tall  glass and serve.
