• Crushed ice
  • 50ml Beefeater Gin
  • 2 lemons, 25ml juice and extra slices to serve
  • 25ml sugar syrup
  • 25ml crème de mure, or other berry liqueur
  • Blackberries, to serve

    Fill an old fashioned glass with crushed ice.

    Shake the Beefeater gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup with ice and strain into the glass.

    Slowly drizzle crème de mure through the crushed ice to create a marbled effect. Garnish with blackberries and a lemon slice.
