Ingredients

  • 200g carrots
  • 6 clementines
  • Ice cubes

Method

  1. 1 Scrub the carrots and using a sharp knife chop them into large chunks of a similar size.
  2. 2 Quarter the clementines, discarding any pips.
  3. 3 Push the clementine quarters through a juicer, then repeat the procedure with the carrot chunks.
  4. 4 Pour the juice over ice cubes in tall glasses and decorate each glass with a wedge or slice of clementine, if you like.
