Ingredients

  • Ice cubes
  • 50ml Beefeater gin
  • 100ml tomato juice
  • 1 lemon, 10ml freshly squeezed juice and extra wedges to serve
  • 10ml Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 dashes hot sauce (or to taste)
  • A pinch black pepper
  • Celery stick, to serve

Method

  1. 1 Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
  2. 2 Mix all of the ingredients together and strain into the glass. Garnish with a celery stick and a lemon wedge to serve.
