The addition of cumin gives this simple side dish of green beans and peppers an Indian-style twist
Heat the oil in a large wok or non-stick frying pan over a medium heat, add the onion and cook for 3 minutes, then add the garlic and cook for a further 2 minutes.
Add the cumin, peppers and beans and stir-fry for 5 minutes until tender. Serve.
