Ingredients

  • ½ avocado
  • Generous handful of kale
  • Generous handful of spinach
  • 50g pineapple chunks
  • 10cm piece of cucumber
  • 300ml coconut water

Method

  1. 1 Using a sharp knife, cut ingredients into small pieces and remove skin.
  2. 2 Place all dry ingredients into the blender, top up with coconut water and blitz until smooth.
  3. 3 Pour into a glass and serve.
