Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • ½ lime, juice only
  • 2-3 mint sprigs, leaves picked, plus 1 sprig to garnish
  • 50ml Havana Club Añejo 3 Años rum
  • Ice cubes
  • Sparkling water

Method

  1. 1 Add the sugar, lime juice and mint to a long glass and muddle together.
  2. 2 Pour in the Havana Club rum and fill the glass to the top with ice cubes.
  3. 3 Top up with sparkling water and garnish with an extra sprig of mint to serve.
