Ingredients

  • For the sugar syrup:
  • 200g raspberries, plus 10 for garnish
  • 200ml hot water
  • For the drink:
  • 250ml Hendrick's gin
  • 175ml fresh lime juice
  • 175ml homemade raspberry syrup
  • 500ml ginger ale

Method

    Make raspberry syrup by combining raspberries, sugar and water in a blender. Blitz for 30 seconds and sieve.

    Add all the ingredients into a punch bowl or jug with cubed ice.

    Garnish with fresh raspberries.
