Ingredients

  • 4 dollops Hellmann's light mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled and finely chopped
  • ½ tablespoon rosemary, chopped
  • ½ tablespoon oregano, chopped
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • ½ tablespoon paprika
  • 1kg potatoes, cut into wedges

Method

    Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6.

    Mix the mayonnaise with the garlic, herbs, pepper and paprika.

    Stir the wedges into the mayonnaise mixture until they are evenly coated.

    Bake for 45-50 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden.
