Ingredients

  • 50ml Jameson Irish whiskey
  • 1 tablespoon runny honey
  • 1 lemon
  • Hot water

Method

  1. 1 Pour the Jameson into a mug or heatproof glass (such as a latte or mulled wine glass).
  2. 2 Add the honey, juice of half the lemon and top up with hot water.
  3. 3 Stir together and garnish with a slice of lemon to serve.
