• 700g cooked potatoes
  • 25ml milk
  • 6 dollops Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
  • Chopped fresh herbs (such as chives), to serve


  1. 1 Put the potatoes in a large saucepan and bring to the boil. Cook the potatoes until tender (so that you can easily push a fork into them). 
  2. 2 When the potatoes are cooked, drain them and return to the pan. Mash thoroughly until smooth.
  3. 3 Add the milk and Hellmann's mayonnaise and mix to combine.
  4. 4 As an extra special touch, sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs (such as chives) and serve.
