Heat the milk (either in a small pan on the hob or in the microwave) until steaming hot, but not quite boiling.
Put the chocolate powder in a mug or latte glass then pour in the hot milk, stirring until the chocolate powder has dissolved.
Stir in the Malibu rum then top with a squirt of the whipped cream.
Garnish with the chocolate shavings to serve.
