Transform humble peas into a tasty, colourful side with garlic and crisp pancetta
Heat the oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat and fry the pancetta for 5-6 minutes until crisp.
Add the garlic and fry for 1 minute. Add the peas and fry for 3 minutes, until hot. Season with freshly ground pepper and serve.
