• Ice cubes
  • 50ml Malibu coconut rum
  • 75ml pineapple juice
  • 50ml coconut milk
  • Fresh pineapple, cut into wedges to serve

    Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.

    Shake the Malibu rum, pineapple juice and coconut milk together and strain into the glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge to serve.
