Ingredients

  • 200g raw beetroot
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 large orange
  • 50g spinach

Method

    Using a sharp knife, cut the beetroot into wedges.

    Roughly chop the carrot, then cut away the skin from the orange and roughly slice the flesh.

    Push the orange, beetroot and carrot pieces alternatively through the juicer, then add the spinach.

    Pour into a glass and serve.
