Place the strawberries and cherries in a bowl and sprinkle with the sweetener. Stand for 15 minutes at room temperature, to release the juices.
In a liquidiser or with a handheld blender in a large jug or bowl, purée the strawberry and cherry mixture. Add the bananas and ice and blend again. Serve in tall glasses.
