Ingredients

  • ½ cup Rachel's 0% Greek Style natural yogurt
  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 8 almonds
  • 1 cup of almond milk

Method

    Place the berries, spinach, almonds and yogurt into a smoothie maker.

    Add the almond milk into the smoothie maker to the max line.

    Blend in your smoothie maker for 40 seconds, or until smooth.

    Serve straight away.
