Ingredients

  • 50ml Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey
  • 25ml fresh lemon juice, plus wedge for garnish
  • 2 teaspoons raspberry jam

Method

    Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker

    Fill the shaker with cubed ice and shake for 30 seconds.

    Strain into a glass filled with ice.

    Garnish with a lemon wedge.
