Ingredients

  • 2 wholemeal
 pitta breads
  • 1 tsp Cajun spice mix
  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Method

    Preheat the oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/gas mark 6. Cut the 
pitta breads into small triangles, then toss with the Cajun spice mix, smoked paprika and olive oil.

    Cook in a single layer on a baking sheet for 12-15 minutes, or until crisp.
