Lay the bacon rashers on a tray. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over, ensuring the bacon is evenly coated. Cover with clingfilm and leave to marinade overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
Preheat the oven to 180ºC/gas mark 4. Line a wide baking tray with tinfoil and lay the bacon on a wire rack over it. Cook for 15 minutes.
