  • 4 tbsp soft cream cheese
  • 2 wholemeal pitta
  • 120 g cucumber, cut into batons

Method

    Mix the tin of salmon (checking for bones) with the soft cream cheese.

    Spread in a lightly toasted pitta that has been split in half and stuff with cucumber batons.
