half-fat crème fraîche
fresh dill, washed and finely chopped
Zest of ½ lemon, plus extra for decoration
ready-cooked king prawns
In a small bowl, mix together the crème fraîche, dill, grated cucumber and lemon zest.
Top with a curl of lemon zest and serve with the prawns for a light and delicious party snack.
