Ingredients

  • 150g half-fat crème fraîche
  • 25g fresh dill, washed and finely chopped
  • 50g cucumber, grated
  • Zest of ½ lemon, plus extra for decoration
  • 180g ready-cooked king prawns

    In a small bowl, mix together the crème fraîche, dill, grated cucumber and lemon zest.
