Ingredients

  • 8 slices brown bread
  • 2 tsp lighter butter spread
  • 80g strong and peppery Italian salad
  • 8 slices roasted pork with sage and onion stuffing from a pork shoulder joint
  • 4 tbsp apple, raisin and walnut coleslaw

Method

    Butter the bread with the spread. Top with the salad leaves, 2 slices pork and 1 tbsp of the slaw.

  2. 2

    Place the second slice of buttered bread on top and cut into triangles. Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make 4 sandwiches in total.
