Ingredients

  • 400g chickpeas
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp mild chilli powder
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ¼ tsp ground coriander

Method

    Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C/gas mark 6. Drain the chickpeas and pat dry on kitchen towel. Mix together the spices, the add the chickpeas and toss to coat.

    Spread the chickpeas on a baking tray and roast for 20-25 minutes until crisp and golden.
