• 170g reduced-fat guacamole
  • 3 little gem lettuce leaves
  • 2 celery sticks
  • ¼ cucumber, cut into thin rounds
  • 1 red pepper
  • ½ carrot, peeled

    Put the guacamole in a small bowl, then put the lettuce leaves in the bowl to make 'hair'. Place at the top of a large board.

    Cut 1 of the celery sticks into 2 x 6cm pieces for the collarbone, then slice the other one to make the hip bones and hands. Use the cucumber slices to make the backbone.

    Slice the red pepper and use it to make eyes, ribs and legs. Cut the carrot into pieces and use for a mouth and arms.
