This is your vegan party snack sorted. Make quick flatbread nachos, then pile them high with readymade pulled jackfruit, black beans and avocado

Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas 6 and cook the jackfruit according to pack instructions. Meanwhile, mix the black beans with the lime juice, coriander and parsley.
For the nachos, cut the wraps into 8 triangles each. Brush all over with the olive oil, season, then put in the oven on a baking tray for the last 10-15 minutes of the jackfruits' cooking time.
To serve, scatter the nachos over a large platter. Top with alternate spoonfuls of the cooked jackfruit, black bean salsa and then finish with the avocado and yogurt. Serve with the lime wedges.
