Preheat the grill to a medium-high heat.
Place the wrap on a baking tray and spread the pesto evenly over the base, right up to the edges.
Top with the sliced tomatoes, onions and grated cheese, making sure they are evenly distributed over the base.
Place the pizza in the lower/middle part the grill, and cook for 3-5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden.
Serve immediately with a little ground black pepper and basil or other chopped fresh herbs to garnish.
