• 1 tortilla wrap
  • 1 teaspoon pesto
  • 100g tomatoes, sliced
  • 60g onions, peeled and sliced
  • 30g be good to yourself 50% less fat mature white cheese, grated
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to serve
  • Basil leaves (or other fresh herbs), to serve


  1. 1 Preheat the grill to a medium-high heat.
  2. 2 Place the wrap on a baking tray and spread the pesto evenly over the base, right up to the edges.
  3. 3 Top with the sliced tomatoes, onions and grated cheese, making sure they are evenly distributed over the base.
  4. 4 Place the pizza in the lower/middle part the grill, and cook for 3-5 minutes or until the  cheese is melted and golden.
  5. 5 Serve immediately with a little ground black pepper and basil or other chopped fresh herbs to garnish.
