Blanch the broccoli florets in boiling water for 1 minute, drain in a colander and refresh by pouring over cold water.
Heat a wok, add the oil and stir fry the Quorn pieces, turning regularly for 4 minutes.
Add the onion, garlic and ginger and continue cooking for a further minute, then add the pepper and stir-fry for 2 minutes until slightly softened.
Add the broccoli florets and the black bean sauce to the wok and cook on a high heat for a further 2-3 minutes.
Serve with egg noodles or rice as desired.
