Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 100g plain flour
  • 100ml milk

Method

    Preheat the oven to 190°C, fan 170°C, gas 5.

    In a muffin tin, spoon a little oil in each section and put in the oven to heat up for around 10-15mins

    Whick all the ingredients together to make a smooth batter 

  4. 4

    Remove the tray from the oven and pour the batter between each section and put back in the oven for around 10-12 minutes - they should rise, be golden and delicious!
